Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote Arizona Licensed Only)

Location: Fully Remote (Must hold an active Arizona license)
Schedule: Part-Time Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM 9 PM Weekend availability a plus

Backpack Healthcare is growingand were excited to be expanding our services into Arizona. As we build access to high-quality mental health care for children teens and young adults in new communities were looking for part-time licensed therapists to help support this growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join early contribute to program development and make a direct impact as we establish and expand services across the state.

About Backpack Healthcare

We are a clinician-led minority-owned organization focused on delivering accessible evidence-based mental health care. Our model is designed to support clinicians while improving outcomes for the youth and families we serve.

Compensation

• $65 per billable hour LCSW LPC LMFT (independently licensed)

Expected Caseload: 1522 sessions per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists PMHNPs and clinical team members
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Support families with education and care coordination

Qualifications

• Active Arizona license (LPC LCSW)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Experience or strong interest in working with children teens and families
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
