The Role
As a Registered Architect you will be responsible for delivering projects across all stages with a particular focus on technical design coordination and project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading projects from planning through to construction stage
Preparing and reviewing detailed design drawings and specifications
Producing and coordinating drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Managing project documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Coordinating with clients consultants and contractors
Attending site visits design team meetings and inspections
Ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards
Requirements
Registered Architect (RIAI or equivalent)
37 years professional experience in architectural practice
Strong experience in residential and/or commercial projects
High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent technical detailing and knowledge of building regulations
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Desirable
Experience in contract administration and site delivery
Familiarity with Irish planning and building control processes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
