As an Architect you will lead initiatives to develop our business to build and manage partnerships with our target groups driving relevance and awareness of VELUX solutions. You will be managing architect practices actively engaging with partners to inspire and educate on daylight designs and recommending optimal VELUX solutions based on professional insights. You will play an important role in defining and visualizing solutions conducting business presentations attending conferences and local events to further educate architects to influence building companies civil engineers and investors.

Your tasks:

• Offer design proposals considering optimization of daylight quality in interiors with VELUX solutions
• Leverage personal insight and knowledge to recommend optimal design solutions including creating basic drawings and possible modifications to existing drawings.
• Proactively manage architect practices through engaging meetings aimed at inspiring and educating on daylight designs and product guidance.
• Listen attentively to partners understanding their design needs and the key drivers behind their projects.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to establish and nurture partnerships fostering relevance and raising awareness of our roof window solutions.
• Collaborate with Market Director and Regional Managers.
• Provide technical support for Sales team and follow up on the projects from the early stage to the end.
• Collaboration on materials tools and training for professionals and next generations of architects
• Collaboration on marketing activities related to the promotion of show houses and open days events
• Document case stories and produce high-quality content for professional target audiences
• Monitoring architectural trends (sustainability healthy lifestyle etc.)
• Establish a network with influential architecture universities and course leaders presenting and providing VELUX content to inspire the next generations of architects with our principles of designing Healthy Indoors and Sustainable Building Practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with relevant regional and local architectural societies and influencers.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in designing and developing architectural solutions within the building materials or construction industry.
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD ArchiCAD Adobe Photoshop Sketch Up or similar) MS Office: Word Power Point Excel and excellent skills in technical drawing
• Ability to closely work with architects investors. building companies civil engineers
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of construction materials building codes and industry standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian ensuring effective conveyance of ideas and information.
