Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers enhancing technical skills while contributing to real projects.

You dont need to be an expert on day one we will teach you. Youll gradually build hands-on experience with Salesforce Fusion business continuity and Operational Resilience module.

What will you do

• Ability to perform L1 / L2 support on incident and problems arising from the production environment
• The person will be exposed to a variety of assignments responding to service requests problem solving maintaining stability performing technical implementations
• Provide ongoing support for corporate applications including on-call problem analysis resolution and escalation.
• Perform regular maintenance activities required to keep the applications working at expected levels.
• Working with the Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to provide the quick fix/permanent solution for the production issues
• Ability to provide solutions for system/batch support and/or improvements
• Follow the rotation plan for support
• Accountable for the maintenance administration and support of Salesforce application systems in production and non-production environment
• Provide recovery and troubleshooting support during incident problems and triage calls.
• Work with technical platform vendors to provide solutions solve problems maintain stability of the environment.
• Reviews and analyzes issues independently and document business issues and the solutions provided.
• Defines and ensures requirements for transition to support: data workflow logical processes interface design internal and external checks controls inputs and outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of current processes

What will you need to succeed

• Bachelors degree or higher in IT Project Management Economics Mathematics or a related field
• Good communication presentation and writing skills
• Good understanding of SDLC fundamentals
• Nice to have experience with ETL tools like Informatica IDMC API Development Salesforce fusion application AWS Cloud
• Able to work within a team setting and actively participate and collaborate in team discussions
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations experience in Service Management processes including incident and change management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders externally and internally

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other addition to Base Pay eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
