Programming Proficiency: Mastery of at least one programming language among Python Go or C with exceptional code control capabilities.
System Architecture: Familiarity with high-concurrency and asynchronous programming models. Proven hands-on experience in processing PB-level data or building high-throughput data systems.
AI & ML Expertise: Profound understanding of the Transformer architecture and familiarity with the full lifecycle of large models (Pre-training SFT RLHF).
Advanced Skills: Proficiency in Prompt Engineering methodologies. Priority will be given to candidates with practical experience in large model data synthesis automated evaluation or Agent development.
