Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote Maryland Licensed Only)

Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
Schedule: Part-Time Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM9 PM Weekend availability a plus

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Social Work Clinicians who are passionate about supporting youth and families through a systems-oriented strengths-based approachwhile maintaining the flexibility to balance life outside of work.

Compensation

• $65 per billable hour LCSW-C (independently licensed)
• $45 per billable hour LMSW (clinical supervision provided)
• Target caseload: 1522 sessions per week

Supportive Clinical Environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a setting designed to reduce burnout and promote sustainability in social work practice.

What Youll Do

• Provide individual family and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
• Support youth and families using trauma-informed culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists PMHNPs and care team members to ensure coordinated services
• Assist with care coordination resource linkage and family education
• Complete timely compliant documentation in our EHR

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
• Commitment to social work values including equity advocacy and client-centered care
• Experience or strong interest in working with children adolescents and family systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
