How Youll Make an Impact
As a Physical Therapist with Elara Caring youll be a vital part of our mission by:
- Delivering high-quality patient-centered physical therapy in the home
- Evaluating functional needs and developing customized plans of care
- Collaborating with physicians caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Adjusting care plans to optimize patient independence and outcomes
- Leading and mentoring support staff toward patient success
- Maintaining accurate timely documentation and compliance standards
- Promoting physical therapy excellence within the community
This role is hands-on and dynamic requiring full-body movement patient handling and flexibilityincluding potential irregular or on-call hours.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current unrestricted PT license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the coverage area
- Valid drivers license & auto insurance (fleet car option available)
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs and perform physical job demands
Compensation
$100000 $115000 annually
(Plus potential earnings from bonuses on-call pay and performance incentives)
Compensation is based on education experience job-related skills and geographic market.
Reporting Structure
Youll report to the Branch Director Clinical Manager Clinical Supervisor or designee ensuring the support you need to thrive in your role.
