Primary Purpose: Support of the Princeton ISD Desktop Environment
Provide Princeton ISD with an effective and professional resource for managing helpdesk tickets. Providing support to Princeton ISD Students / Staff to solve technical problems.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications
High School Diploma
Special Knowledge/Skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong commitment to customer service
Ability to function in a team based environment with the ability to share knowledge and a willingness to learn from other team members.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Basic computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
Entry level experience in the computer repair field
Printer maintenance and troubleshooting

Major Responsibilities and Duties
Computer Network responsible for the day to day operations of the user environment through-out Princeton ISD working helpdesk tickets which could include the following tasks:
Respond to helpdesk tickets
Image and troubleshoot and Windows and Apple workstations
Document processes used by Princeton ISD
Help new users get oriented with the Princeton ISD network
Several tasks and projects open simultaneously. Maintaining composure under pressure is a necessity at all times. Some after-hour and weekend work required for maintenance upgrades and installations. Must be able to lift PCs and printers.
