We are seeking a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our supportive team on a maternity leave contract contributing to a nurturing environment where children can youll be doing in this roleAs a Diploma Qualified Educator youll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!Your care work may include:Contribute to the development of programs which reflect the approved learning positive and respectful relationships that support children their families and play-based learning environments that are responsive to childrens interest strengths and childrens learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomesWho were looking forDiploma in Children Services (essential) with previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.A work history that demonstrates recording observations writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning the National Quality Framework and EYLFHave the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues families and community membersYoull be adaptable empathetic and resourceful and be able to live Unitings everyday values of being compassionate respectful imaginative and Uniting Early LearningWhen youre part of Uniting youre part of a diverse purpose-led team of people who are really making a difference to the world around contribute to the work and mission of the Uniting Church in NSW and the ACT through social justice advocacy community services and spiritual care.
