Werelooking for a Customer Success Manager to partner closely with our customers and ensure they achieve real measurable value from EROADs solutions.
About the role
Youllmanage a portfolio of customers acting as their trusted advisor andvoice of thecustomerwithin EROAD. Your focus will be on driving product adoption customer satisfaction retention and growth through strong relationships and data-driven insights.
In this role you will:
Build strong long-term customer relationships driving satisfactionengagementand retention
Deliver customer business reviews and value insights
Drive adoption engagement and retention
Champion customer needs internally by partnering withProduct Engineering and Sales
Identifychurn risks and proactively manage renewals
Track customer success metrics usage and NPS

Werelooking for acustomer advocatewhoacts as a partner ensuring service levels are deliveredandopportunitiestobed ininnovativenew products and upgrades areidentifiedand promoted.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in Customer Success Customer Operations or Service Management
SaaS or technical product experience preferred
Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
A Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on outcomes and value
Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
