Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Manager Mother/Baby (Postpartum) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Savannah GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a 22-bed Mother/Baby unit
• Manage staffing scheduling and performance of 29.5 FTEs
• Ensure delivery of high-quality postpartum and newborn care
• Lead policy development and implementation initiatives
• Monitor and improve unit quality and patient outcomes
• Provide leadership and mentorship to experienced nursing staff
• Collaborate with Womens Services leadership team
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
• Support patient-centered care in high-risk postpartum environment
• Maintain operational efficiency and workflow management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years recent RN experience in Womens Services (Mother/Baby/Postpartum)
• Minimum 1 year leadership or supervisory experience
• Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred
• Active Georgia RN License or Compact License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required (within 6 months if not current)
