We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated San Antonio Caregiver/CNA to join our team at Senior Helpers - Greater San Antonio. This role involves providing high-quality in-home care to seniors helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of formal caregiving experience and a genuine passion for supporting elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medications as directed and monitor client health conditions
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client care and progress
• Document daily care activities and report any changes in client condition promptly

Requirements

• Minimum one year of formal caregiving experience
• Valid CNA certification preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and within commuting distance of San Antonio TX
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate patient and attentive to the needs of seniors
• Basic understanding of healthcare and safety protocols
