We are seeking a licensed or pre-licensed counselor or social worker to provide school-based and in-home individual and group therapy to children adolescents and their families/support systems in Montgomery County MD. Specific responsibilities include:
Provide behavioral and mental health support through individual family and group therapy sessions in clients homes schools or other convenient locations.
Conduct assessments to evaluate clients functional levels and develop professional treatment plans tailored to their needs.
Develops and updates treatment plans in collaboration with other team members and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Completes thorough documentation and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitates coordination of care.
Availability for evening work 2 times a week to accommodate clients schedules and provide flexible accessible care.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and attend periodic training sessions to improve clinical skills.
Collaborate with school staff and other community providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Licensed Certificated Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)
Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to licensure
LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $67980 to $70040maximum.
LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists will be paid $82400 to $84460 maximum.
