This position reports to:
Maintenance ManagerJob Description:
- Core Responsibilities: Design program troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systemsincluding PLCs HMIs drives and roboticswhile ensuring safe compliant operation supporting equipment startups and upgrades collaborating crossfunctionally to improve performance and uptime maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects.
- Required Experience & Skills: 35 years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance; strong AllenBradley PLC/HMI experience; working knowledge of servo motion systems VFDs industrial sensors; ability to read schematics and ladder logic; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics ladder logic P&IDs; strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Work Environment & Other Requirements: Industrial manufacturing setting with electrical and mechanical systems; adherence to PPE and safety standards; occasional offshift weekend or oncall support may be required.
Education and Experience Needed:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Industrial Automation or related field.
- 35 years in industrial controls or maintenance withing a manufacturing environment
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
