IT Service Technician

Labcorp is seeking an IT Service Technician to join our team in a field based role from Fort Wayne Indiana

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 40 hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• 100% Field Service Support - travelling to customer sites to provide IT support for hardware and software on a daily basis.

• Installing and servicing various IT equipment within assigned territory of up to 100 mile radius from Fort Wayne IN.

• Overseeing and prioritizing daily support tickets through a computerized system

• Maintaining accurate daily installation and support records inventory / RMA time card expense reports and mileage logs

• Responding to all customer complaints in a timely manner

• Triaging and reporting client issues to the appropriate departments

• Assisting with the training of new employees

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma

• 1 or more years work experience in an IT support role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Information Technology

Additional Job Standards:

• Field based role across the assigned territory of up to 100km radius from Fort Wayne IN.

• Overtime available.

• Company vehicle provided for travel to client sites

Pay Range: $55000 - $65000

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.
