The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a line cook position in a fast paced high-volume restaurant
- Ability to work different stations on the line
- Previous breakfast cook experience including egg cookery
- The ability to work a varied schedule that includes morning swing shift late night weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Hotel prep and full-service restaurant line experience a plus!
- Previous hotel and banquet experience is highly preferred
Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour
Shift Pattern: varies based on business needs; includes mornings afternoons and evenings

A Line Cook is responsible for preparing hot and cold food items in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing
As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold food items in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare cold food items including but not limited to salads sandwiches pizzas hamburgers appetizers etc. according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
- Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
