Job Title: Field Foreman
Pay: $28$34/hour (DOE)
Schedule: MondayFriday (with potential overtime)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Field Foreman for a reputable steel fabrication and installation company. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in structural and miscellaneous steel installation who can oversee field crews ensure quality work and keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field crews on structural and miscellaneous steel installation projects

• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications

• Ensure all work is completed according to project requirements and safety standards

• Communicate with project managers shop teams and clients as needed

• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques

• Monitor job progress and address any issues in real-time

• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe job site

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience as a Lead or Foreman in structural steel and miscellaneous metals installation

• Proficient in MIG welding and 3G structural welding

• Must be able to pass a hands-on weld test (MIG / 3G structural)

• Strong knowledge of field installation practices and job site coordination

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Experience working with tools and equipment related to steel installation

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple crew members on active job sites

• OSHA certification or strong understanding of job site safety practices

Work Environment:

• Outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions

• Physically demanding role requiring lifting climbing and standing for extended periods

• Fast-paced construction environment with strict deadlines
