Character of Position

As a General Laborer you will be responsible for conducting various tasks to support the Welders and Weld Fitters.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning in the fab shop
• Grinding and Deburring weldments
• Assist Fitters with set up
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular consistent and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work with and without supervision

• Clear and consistent communication with team
• Multitasking

Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime as necessary

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
