Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and front desk support at a residential location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity greet authorized visitors verify credentials and help to deter unauthorized access through established property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting property management or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs visitor records and incident documentation and communicate important security-related information to residents staff and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support daily front desk operations by answering questions providing directions and following post instructions related to package handling amenity access and resident assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
