Job Summary
The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts through customer service follow-ups. This role ensures that clients feel valued and that their needs and concerns are prioritized. Performance is evaluated based on building and maintaining positive client relationships understanding needs onboarding support documentation site surveys managing client performance feedback timeliness and perceived value.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Gain insight into our service performance
Document with accuracy customer responses and your impressions from these visits
Perform site surveys and other types of checks to ensure our quality
Report on all findings customer feedback pictures active listening and asking thoughtful questions by providing results to company leadership
Client-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
Monitor all maintenance data and proactively respond to situations before the client calls us.
Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our clients and as a fellow member of the contracts team.
Strive for a high level of performance and client satisfaction.
Demonstrate industry knowledge or trends
Transparency about capabilities timelines etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $31 - $34 per hour
