Automotive Finance Manager

We are looking for an Experienced Automotive F&I Manager!

Income potential $180000 - $220000

Responsibilities

1. Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance departments overall profitability and product penetration
2. Track portfolio with lenders
3. Review and inspect the flow of the departments paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
4. Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
5. Be an example of professional morals ethics and excellent customer service
6. Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
7. Set and maintain finance department work schedule

Qualifications

1. Prior experience as an automotive finance manager required
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Professional appearance and work ethic
4. Self-motivation
5. Ability to work within a fast paced environment
6. Valid drivers license
