What youll build

You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills proficiency in English language is key and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• Receive cases from customers acknowledge receipt to the customer and capture a comprehensive problem description.
• Review the information provided and either forward the case to the appropriate team or request additional details as necessary.
• Meet all SAP-related SLAs (IRT ORT and APT) in a timely manner.

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Undergraduate
• Degree in Finance science or engineering is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• English (professional proficiency). Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Open and professional communication style
• Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
• Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers
• Can work minimum 4 days for at least 6 months duration
• Enrolled full-time and will graduateafter2027
