As a Social Worker (LSW LPC LCPC LCSW)at Blue Bird Day you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs social skills self-esteem interpersonal relationships and coping skills through:
Providing individualized and group therapy
Collaborating daily with occupational physical and speech therapists
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
