MT Transcend is a multi-year Global business transformation Program that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our current 40 ERP systems standardizing our core business processes and enabling our integrated data strategy through SAP S/4 HANA. While EMEA has led the way (for the Order-To-Cash deployment via a Global Template design approach) Norh America is now beginning its transformation journey using the foundations EMEA laid for more effective customer engagement and intimacy and more Supply Chain reliability.
It is critical that the Commercial Supply Chain Deliver and Finance communities maximize this opportunity and prepare in parallel to ensure that the S/4 HANA platform can be used in an integrated approach from day one of go-live.
You will bring a deep personal motivation to advance healthcare and Finance processes through Transformation. This motivation is backed by eager self-learning and experience in the Finance Compliance & ERP fields and their relevance to MedTech. You are keen to bravely push forward despite any ambiguity resistance and be a voice for change. As a key team member on this Program you will be leading and influencing by example helping others see what could be and making it happen together with the Program team and North America Business Unit deployment.
Role Summary
Proactive project management support to the MT Transcend OTC NA Finance team & Deployment Lead
Responsible for the planning management and coordination of all Finance deliverables ensuring theyre on-time in accordance with the NA Program plan
Passionate follow-up on Finance actions arising from Governance mtgs plan milestones stage gates
Coaches colleagues in project management techniques processes and responsibilities
Monitors the Risks Actions Issues and Decisions (RAID) log with a view to leading a no surprises approach for the Transcend Finance team
Connect Global and Regional Squad teams on design progress with defined frequency
Stay informed with design build and all project phases progress gaps KDDs and risks
As Finance typically is impacted by many upstream processes (eg Logistcs Plan Deliver( theres a need to work cross-functionally within the Program to understand E2E milestones and the so what

5 years experience in Finance preferably in MedTech
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
Fluent in English with good presentation skills

Experience working with Microsoft Office project management tools Jira Visio - ideal
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Previously demonstrated hands-on project experience including the resolution of any risks / roadblocks and / or escalation as necessary

$94000.00 - $151800.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
