Your Role In Action

Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Strategy and Compliance the Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst supports the delivery of enterprise-wide risk compliance and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with teams across product technology customer operations and risk influencing how financial crime controls are designed embedded and improved.

• Lead enterprise financial crime risk assessments and scenario reviews
• Drive risk assessments for new or changing products systems and customers
• Influence stakeholders to uplift financial crime controls and governance
• Support delivery of financial crime transformation initiatives
• Create clear executive-ready risk and governance reporting

• Experienced in financial crime risk compliance or assurance environments
• Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance and emerging risk trends

• Ability to translate risk insights into practical improvements
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
