This Controller opportunity in Ville Saint-Laurent offers the chance to take ownership of the finance function while working closely with leadership in a stable company that has been in business for over 50 years.
With a team of approximately 50 employees the environment is collaborative human and truly values its people. You will be supported by a small AP/AR team as well as an external accounting firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the finance function and support a small AP/AR team
Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Prepare and review monthly financial reports and key indicators
Provide recommendations and insights to support business decisions
PROFILE SOUGHT:
Strong experience in accounting or finance
Bilingual with functional spoken French and English
Comfortable working independently and confident in making recommendations without needing direction
Comfortable in a hands-on small team environment
Strong sense of ownership and ability to see the bigger picture
CPA designation (an asset)
