As an HR Specialist within our HR Core BE team you will become a trusted expert to our HR colleagues employees and close collaboration with your colleague you will specialize in employee benefits and long-term illness integration and will provide admin support to your payroll colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on Monthly employee changes and communicate this to our benefits providers
  • Regular contact with our benefits providers to ensure smooth running of the services
  • Become an expert in the new regulations for long term illness reintegration
  • Monitor the implementation of the absence management process in line with local regulations
  • Support payroll team with various administrative tasks
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies absences benefits and local legislation.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to continuously improve the HR Core teams service delivery.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of BE employment law and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and good understanding of French
  • Strong analytical skills excellent organizational abilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
