Location: The Learning Experience Gaithersburg MD
Pay: $17$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Infant (6 weeks12 months)
- Toddler (1224 months)
- Twos (2-year-old classroom)
- Preschool (35 years)
- Lead daily classroom instruction using developmentally appropriate practices
- Create safe engaging learning environments that support early development
- Implement curriculum activities that promote social language and cognitive growth
- Guide children through structured routines and classroom transitions
- Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication
- Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom organization
- Ensure compliance with Maryland licensing and safety requirements
- Lead Teacher qualified under Maryland childcare regulations preferred
- CDA Associates degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education a plus
- Prior classroom experience with young children preferred
- Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
- Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements
