Job Details

This position is responsible to coordinate warehouse personnel and operations and maintain effective communication with internal customers and external suppliers.

Processes all deliveries including parcel supplier and truck in a timely manner; Loads and unloads trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
Delivers manufacturing raw materials in a timely manner to ensure.
Coordinates the raw material and service parts cycle count programs.
Maintains Security and Health Safety and Environmental good practices and complies with organization standards/procedures ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
Supports the customer service team to process returned materials and address customer complaints.
Provides training and support to warehouse team members.
Maintains cleanliness efficiency and operations within the warehouse.
Supports the spare parts process where applicable.
Implement process changes working towards continuous improvements.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure that personnel follow all applicable MIs SIs SOPs and cGMPs.
Support Shipping functions to maintain on time shipments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account without limitation the candidates location education job-knowledge skills and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics employee compensation. For sales roles employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e. commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive plan with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
