Shift & Schedule: Days or Nights Available (Rotating Weekends)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Med-Surg for an exciting Travel or Local job in Fort Walton Beach FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions throughout shift and report changes promptly
• Perform ordered procedures and administer medications safely
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions
• Act as patient advocate and coordinate with care teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Provide comprehensive nursing care using clinical judgment
• Support continuity of care in a fast-paced Med-Surg unit

Compensation & Incentives:

• Sign-On Bonus: $15000 for nights $10000 for days
• Shift Differentials: $4.25/hour for night shifts
• Relocation assistance available (case-by-case basis)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required (non-acute accepted)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree (ASN) or Bachelors Degree (BSN) in Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to manage patient ratio up to 1:6 in fast-paced unit
