Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers for a Navy information technology and cybersecurity support program. The selected candidate will provide leadership oversight and coordination across program operations to ensure successful execution staffing performance and delivery. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
- Lead day-to-day program execution staffing coordination and contract performance management.
- Provide oversight of technical administrative and programmatic activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with customer representatives internal leadership and support teams to address program requirements and priorities.
- Track staffing deliverables schedules risks and performance metrics.
- Support reporting requirements meetings and program reviews as required.
- Ensure alignment between operational execution and information assurance requirements across the program.
Qualifications
Required:- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology communications systems management or an equivalent science technology engineering and mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Ten (10) years of experience managing a team in information technology while serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
- Five (5) years of that experience must be related to information assurance.
- Strong leadership communication and customer engagement skills.
- Experience supporting Department of the Navy or federal information technology programs.
- Prior experience managing cybersecurity or RMF-focused programs.
Physical and Environmental Conditions
Normal office environment.
