Personal Trust Relationship Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of personal trust and investment agency accounts ensuring high-quality client service and retention.

• Drive new business development through referrals centers of influence and proactive prospecting.

• Advise clients on estate planning retirement investment management and wealth transfer strategies.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and partner with internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and other tools.

• Review and administer trust and estate documents to ensure compliance with fiduciary legal and tax requirements.

• Coordinate with external advisors (attorneys CPAs) to support comprehensive client planning.

• Participate in community and professional organizations to enhance brand presence and referral networks.

Education & Experience
Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or equivalent experience

• 10 years of client management experience in financial or investment services

• 10 years of success in business development and trust or wealth management sales

• Strong knowledge of estate planning fiduciary administration taxes and investment management

Preferred:

• 7 years of personal trust relationship management experience

• CFP CPA JD or CTFA designation

• Established network of referral sources and strong internal partnership experience
