What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP CX iXp Intern DevOps Engineer

Location: São Leopoldo RS hybrid position 3 days per week working from the office

Learning Opportunities

• Mentorship from senior developersenvironment;
• Hands-on experience with modern tools and frameworks;
• Understanding of LLM integration and AI-assisted development tools;
• Introduction to fulfillment termination and observability;
• Experience with cloud-native solutions and AWS services;
• Experience with service request management

You will directly work with:

• Support and monitor provisioning and deprovisioning of cloud environments in accordance with defined requests and procedures
• Follow the end-to-end delivery flow for cloud-native solutions with a focus on execution and operational compliance
• Contribute to automation initiatives error/incident analysis and continuous process improvement
• Support configurations and integrations used by enterprise customers following technical guidance and existing documentation
• Collaborate with international engineering support and product teams for alignment and operational follow-ups
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and support troubleshooting activities as needed

• Enrolled in a degree in information Systems technology management economy or a related field
• Demonstrable interest in Cloud DevOps automation and problem solving
• Basic knowledge of AWS Azure or GCP (nice to have)
• Analytical mindset proactivity and discipline to execute recurring activities and meet SLAs

In this role you will help ensure the reliable provisioning changes and delivery of cloud environments used by teams and customers worldwide by joining the Provisioning & Service Request Management team. They will contribute directly to day-to-day cloud operations that support the SAP Customer Experience ecosystem.
