Services Technician Ann Arbor, MI

Onsite position located in Ann Arbor MI.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Perform metrological checks of customer instrumentation
• Perform software upgrades and modifications on new orders as needed
• Repair and evaluate customer equipment as well as demo/returns
• Maintain accurate repair records
• Utilize your knowledge to prepare repair estimates
• One of your tasks will be to follow and understand ISO 9000 quality system
• Work with Service Administrative team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Use your knowledge and abilities to cross check (QC) other technicians work as required for certain SOPs
• Otherwise carry out other duties necessary and related to workshop activity

What will convince us:

• Associate degree with a focus on Mechanical Electrical Engineering or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent combination of industry experience and/or technical/military training
• 3 years experience in related field experience
• Strong aptitude to troubleshoot test repair and service technical equipment
• Experience working with ISO requirements and other relevant guidelines and regulations
• Familiarity of Windows based software with the ability to learn and understand diagnostic software
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
