What Youll Do

Lead safe creative and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participants
Design classes that are engaging challenging and adaptable for all levels
Motivate clients with energy coaching and positive reinforcement
Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety
Manage class flow timing and group engagement
Maintain professionalism punctuality and brand representation
Represent GYMGUYZs core values Determination Respect Integrity Versatility and Excellence (DRIVE) in every session

What You Bring

Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA ACE NASM or equivalent)
CPR/AED certified (required)
1 year experience leading group classes or small-group training
Strong communication leadership and motivational skills
Understanding of exercise science safety and form correction
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals
