Were looking for a Senior Manager FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership in a fastgrowing highly dynamic business. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in ambiguity enjoys building scalable processes and is passionate about turning data into insight.

In this role youll lead critical financial planning and analysis activities support strategic decisionmaking across the organization and directly manage a globally distributed FP&A team based in Brazil and India. Strong multicultural leadership and crossfunctional collaboration are essential to success.

What Youll Do

Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Own the annual budget quarterly forecast and longrange planning processes in a highgrowth environment

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives investments and scenario planning

• Partner with business leaders to align financial plans with operational and strategic priorities

Drive Business Performance & Insights

• Deliver insightful financial analysis including variance analysis against budget forecast and prior periods

• Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue margin operating expenses customer profitability and churn

• Proactively identify risks and opportunities in a fastchanging business landscape

Executive & Management Reporting

• Prepare clear accurate and transparent executivelevel reporting for senior and regional leadership

• Ensure consistency across global FP&A reporting

• Continuously enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support timely datadriven decisions

Strategic & CrossFunctional Partnership

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales Operations Marketing and other crossfunctional teams

• Support pricing strategies costoptimization efforts and profitability improvements

• Evaluate strategic business cases and growth initiatives as needed

People Leadership & Global Collaboration

• Lead coach and develop FP&A team members located in Brazil and India

• Demonstrate strong multicultural leadership fostering collaboration across geographies cultures and time zones

• Build an inclusive highperformance team culture aligned with rapid growth and transformation

Process Improvement & Scalability

• Drive standardization automation and system improvements to enable scale

• Establish best practices to ensure FP&A processes remain strong as the organization grows

• Ensure adherence to internal controls governance and financial policies

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
  (MBA CPA or equivalent preferred)

• 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance or related roles

• Proven experience managing teams across multiple geographies and cultures

• Demonstrated success supporting organizations in highgrowth fastchanging environments

• Advanced financial modeling analytical and problemsolving skills

• Expertlevel Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning tools such as SAP Oracle Anaplan or Hyperion preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
