Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group in Toms River NJ. This role requires an experienced professional with significant MR work experience preferably with 3T Siemens MRI equipment. The position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of $55 per hour with a consistent MondayFriday schedule and the opportunity to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
• Licensure: ARRT(MR) certification required
• Experience: 5 or more years of MR work experience required; 3T Siemens MR experience preferred
• Technical Skills:
  • May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.
  • Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI exams with accuracy and care preferably on 3T Siemens equipment
• Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures including screening for MRI safety contraindications
• Train in and perform remote MRI scanning as required
• Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
• Maintain required certifications (ARRT(MR)) and stay current with industry standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed
• May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
