Job Summary
Bethany Communities is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to lead Nichols Village a retirement community committed to compassion dignity and excellence. This position serves as the senior on-site leader overseeing daily operations resident experience staff leadership and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the retirement community
Lead and support department teams including marketing wellness dining maintenance/housekeeping and community life
Oversee marketing and admissions to maintain strong occupancy and waitlist levels
Ensure high-quality resident experience through responsive communication and conflict resolution
Manage budgets approve expenditures and prepare reports for senior leadership and the Board
Participate in Board finance committee and resident council meetings
Ensure facilities are safe well-maintained and compliant with applicable standards
Serve as on-call leadership support for emergencies as needed

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (Business Management or related field preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in senior living property management or similar setting
Prior Executive Director experience preferred
Proven supervisory and team leadership skills
Strong communication organizational and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management or senior living software
