Full Stack Software Engineer WebMobile

Were looking for a (Full-Stack) Software Engineer to join our growing team and help design build and scale modern digital products. You will have a strong focus on web and mobile development across both front-end and back-end development.

As part of a small agile team you will be collaborating closely with customers on customising existing software and developing new products. You will also play a role in product management and building software that is robust and customer-centric.

What youll be doing

• Designing building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications.
• Developing and maintaining backend services focusing on performance reliability and security.
• Collaborating with customers to deliver new features end to end.
• Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Supporting CI/CD practices testing and code quality standards.
• Opportunities to become involved in projects involving other business platforms including Microsoft Power Platform Fabric and Copilot Agents.

Essential skills & experience

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Strong commercial experience with JavaScript/React Native
• Commercial experience building and maintaining services in Go (Golang)
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles (APIs version control testing security)
• Experience working in agile customerled teams
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• 3 years of experience
  

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate etc.
• Exposure to
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
