About the Role:

Citywide is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our Traffic & Events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a dynamic role working across a diverse range of projects within a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will oversee onsite traffic management operations while coordinating and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of traffic management services ensuring safety efficiency and service excellence across all operations.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and coordinate traffic management services to ensure delivery of a high standard across all client sites
• Lead motivate and support team leaders and field teams to drive accountability and performance
• Develop and implement Traffic Guidance Schemes in line with regulatory requirements
• Monitor budgets and forecasts ensuring effective cost control
• Champion and uphold Citywides safety and environmental standards across all areas
• Manage workforce matters in consultation with your Operations Manager

Skills and qualifications required:

Essential:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Traffic Management qualifications:
  • RIISS00063 Traffic Management Designer (TMD1)
  • RIISS00064 Traffic Management Designer (TMD2)
  • RIISS00065 Traffic Management Designer (TMD3)
• White Card
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven leadership capability with a strong team focus
• Sound computer skills including MS Office

Desirable:

• First Aid Certificate
• MR Drivers Licence
