Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Sales Operationsto provide endtoend operational support to our fintech sales team. This role ensures seamless application and onboarding processes coordinates with Product and Sales Operations teams and drives timely issue resolution. By equipping the sales team with the right tools processes and resources the Sales Operations Associate plays a critical role in enabling business growth and delivering a smooth customer journey in a fastpaced digital finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team including handling application and onboardingrelated concerns.
  • Coordinate with Product and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth application and order processing tracking and completion.
  • Manage daytoday issue resolution and escalation handling ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
  • Support sales enablement by ensuring the team has access to fintechspecific tools processes and resources to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor and track application workflows identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on application status issue resolution and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline digital processes and enhance customer and partner experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Management or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales operations support or administrative roles.
  • Experience in fintech banking lending or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced techdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or fintech sales management tools is an advantage.
