DO NOT DISTURB Busser

For our DO NOT DISTRUB we are looking for Bussers that will make sure our guests will have an amazing and unforgettable experience.

As a busser you are an essential part of the front-of-house team. Youll work closely with bartenders servers and floor staff to maintain cleanliness manage table turnover and support overall service flow during busy club nights. This role is physically active and requires attention to detail speed and teamwork.

Do Not Disturb is located on the lower floor of the W Amsterdam hidden underneath the concrete and cobblestones of the Dutch capital the darkest of hours turn vibrant with the opening of Do Not Disturb. The 360-degree bar and tables of different levels it encourages guests to mingle and meet by drinking a great cocktail. Do Not Disturb offers a carefully selected small dishes menu and drinks menu including high-end champagnes and premium spirits from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Clear glasses bottles and table items quickly and efficiently

• Reset tables and VIP areas to club standards

• Maintain cleanliness across the floor including spills waste and high-traffic areas

• Support bar staff by returning glassware and restocking when needed

• Assist with delivering bottles or basic service items to tables

• Monitor and maintain hygiene standards throughout the venue

• Help manage waste disposal and keep back-of-house areas organized

• Respond quickly to changing situations during peak hours

• Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills

Requirements

• Comfortable working late nights and weekends

• Ability to perform well in a loud crowded and fast-paced environment

• Physically fit (standing walking lifting and carrying for extended periods)

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Strong sense of responsibility and awareness on the floor

• Previous hospitality or nightlife experience is a plus but not required
