Overview

The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities measurements and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects.

Your role

• Prepare interim payment applications measurement sheets and cost reports.

• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.

• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.

• Assist in claims variations and commercial negotiations.

• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.

• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

• 510 years QS experience preferably on road/highway projects.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract management and cost-control tools.

• Excellent analytical documentation and negotiation skills.
