Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
- Train guide and motivate housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies linens and amenities
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- 6 years of experience in housekeeping preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety standards
