Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer along with the President and CEO is responsible for providing leadership for the Agency to establish long-range goals strategies and plans. Directs and oversees all the financial activities of the Agency including financial analysis preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for future growth program development and general economic outlook; directs the fiscal functions of the Agency in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Establishes and maintains the agencys financial policies and procedures by providing operational and administrative direction to the accounting budgeting treasury and insurance functions. Pursues continuous professional development in job related areas.
What youll be doing along with the above:
- Oversee the agencys information technology function.
- Serving as the primary staff liaison to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors including preparing financial materials presenting key financial information and supporting the committee in carrying out its oversight responsibilities.
- Bringing your unique skills and creativity to our agencys strategic planning process
- Participating in external activities that supports childrens issues strengthen families or communicate the agencys mission to the community.

Salary Range: $100000-$140000 per year

And lastly the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support ultimately clearing barriers to success at home at school and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one group and family counseling in office home or school-based settings.
