Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position in der Sie zum Ausbau von Medtronics Portfolio im Bereich Neuromodulation beitragen.
Diese Position umfasst die Region Hannover und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office in Meerbusch erforderlich sein.
Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.
Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für Umsatzziele durch Ausbau bestehender Accounts und Gewinnung neuer Kunden
- Eigenständige Steuerung aller Verkaufsaktivitäten im Gebiet
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern (insb. HCPs)
- OP-Begleitung sowie Unterstützung bei Implantationen Programmierung und Nachsorge (Neuromodulation/DBS)
- Fachliche Beratung von Ärzten und Klinikpersonal sowie Schulungen und Einweisungen
- Umsetzung von Markt- und Accountstrategien inkl. Produkteinführungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb & Marketing
- Administrative Aufgaben inkl. CRM-Dokumentation (Salesforce) Abrechnung Inventar- und Prozessmanagement
Das ist uns wichtig:
- Abgeschlossene technische/medizinische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Gute anatomische Kenntnisse sowie hohe technische und medizinische Affinität
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Flexibilität Belastbarkeit und Vertriebsorientierung
- Erfahrung mit CRM- und Vertriebstools
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 75%) inkl. Übernachtungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Führerschein
