Job location: Acme
Approximately 40 hours a week however the food and beverage business gets busy. This job could surpass 40 hours on some weeks or could be less.
THIS PERSON MUST BE FLEXIBLE
This company has multiple kitchens. Employee would have a mix of day and night shifts depending on the customer volume and which kitchen the employee is needed.
Shifts:
7am - 4pm
4pm - 12a
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain experience in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes glassware flatware pots and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas equipment and utensils
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- The ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
