About the Position:
Department: Service
Reports to: Service Manager
Supervises: N/A
Purpose:
This position will handle all detailing needs of various types of farm equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Detail the exterior and interior of equipment at the dealership.
- Assist in maintaining a clean shop environment.
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and timely fashion.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
- May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to advance career opportunities in dealership.
- Actively participates in project assignments centered-around service-related activities at the dealership.
- Works with and shadows selected service personnel to gain experience with various roles in the department.
- Assists in maintaining a clean work environment.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Interest in an agricultural-related role within the service department.
- Candidates must be able to handle heights and lifting of up to 100 lbs.
- Capability to work within a time schedule.
- Basic knowledge of computer application systems.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
