For our location inRichmond VA we are looking for a Order Management Associate
Where Planning Meets Action - Be the Engine Behind Our Operations
Join our team as an Order Management Associate where youll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly from start to this fast-paced environment youll coordinate workflows prioritize operations and ensure orders are completed on time and within budget while collaborating across teams to drive efficiency and performance.
Your tasks
- Prepare issue and review production workflow
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determining manpower equipment and raw materials needed to cover operational demand
- Ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Collaborate with quality control warehouse and other operational team members
- Company travel required when applicable
- Position is Richmond VA-based and non-remote
Your profile
Bachelors and/or Trad Degree required OR equivalent experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Experienced in production planning and quality control principles
- Strong time management skills urgency and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projects
Ability to communicate effectively present and influence credibly at all levels
Problem Solving - Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutions
Deductive Reasoning - Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP experience preferred
