Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Translate business insights and leadership input into clear effective marketing plans and campaigns.
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns beyond paid advertising and PPC including organic content brand and lifecycle marketing.
- Lead the development and evolution of one or more company brands including positioning messaging and identity.
- Partner closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with overall company vision and objectives.
- Establish and optimize marketing processes tools and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (CMO VP of Marketing or equivalent).
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas and insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated success in building brands and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on results-driven approach.
- Excellent listening communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is preferred.
Location Consideration:
The position is remote. While candidates based in Southern California are preferred we will also consider applicants located within the Pacific or Central Time Zones.
